Museum Exhibition – Journey into Creativity

Our Museum collection of artwork ‘ Journey into Creativity ‘ was created for the Regional Museum of Vaudreuil-Soulanges. This collection consists of thirteen oil paintings on 36 x 36 museum quality canvas that fuse Old-Master techniques with a contemporary narrative style.

During our travels, while visiting galleries and museums, throughout parts of Europe and New York, Agnes and I became fascinated with the awe-inspiring artwork from the Renaissance period and the compelling statues.

It was this experience of life, that would inspire the collection ‘Journey into Creativity ‘ giving homage to artists and sculptors of eras past and present.

The Regional Museum of Vaudreuil-Soulanges is very pleased to invite the public to the exhibition ‘ Journey into Creativity ‘ of Agnes Jorgensen and Andre Chatelain available until November 3, 2013

This couple will bring spectators to travel around the world and time. Both professional artists, they met during the training of the Old-Master technique at the Academy of Realist Art. Their personal and artistic lives then took a new path.

An exhibition that makes you feel good.

Each oil painting on a large format canvas includes a representation of a statue of the history of art from prehistoric times, through the Renaissance, and up to the present. These artworks present beautiful landscapes in the world: Vienna, Paris, Florence and Bali.

Everything to make you dream !

In reading the accompanying texts, visitors will be touched by this love story that is expressed through art. They will also find the romantic story of the marriage proposal, inspiring quotes from artists and additional information about the sculptures which are honoured.

Agnes and Andre are heartfelt people, talented artists and a couple who makes you believe in love.
